Acceptance

When these terms apply and who may bind an organization.

By accessing or using Vehicore, you agree to these Terms.

If acting on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that entity.

Vehicore provides vehicle data analytics and AI-based processing services via web application.

Services may evolve over time.

Accounts

Baseline user responsibilities for account access and security.

Subscriptions

Commercial terms for recurring plans and billing.

Plan structure
  • Monthly and/or yearly plans

Consumer rights

Consumers may have statutory 14-day withdrawal rights unless service has begun with consent.

Acceptable use

Examples of activity that is not allowed on the platform.

  • Upload unlawful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Circumvent security
  • Use the service for illegal purposes

User content

Ownership and the service license required to process uploaded data.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content.

By uploading, users grant Vehicore a limited license to process such content for service delivery.

Users are responsible for ensuring lawful data use.

Intellectual property

Who owns the platform, software, and documentation.

All platform software, branding, and documentation remain property of the Company.

No rights are granted except limited access rights.

Availability

Vehicore availability commitments and enterprise SLA posture.

Standard availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Enterprise arrangements

Enterprise clients may negotiate separate SLA agreements.

Limitation of liability

Key liability boundaries under Dutch law.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
  • No liability for data loss where user failed to maintain backups.

Nothing excludes liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Termination

How access and subscriptions may end.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Governing law

The legal framework and venue that apply to these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

EU consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
